Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ an Aftersales Advisor to join our Ford dealership in Northampton. Using your fantastic customer experience skills, you will keep the customer informed and consulted on their vehicle servicing, answering any questions or queries they may have.

Key Responsibilities

  • Updating customers on their vehicle and any potential work that needs to be done
  • Ensuring all recorded information is accurate and stored correctly
  • Booking vehicles into the workshop
  • Achieving set performance targets by upselling products
  • Ensuring adherence to all GDPR guidelines

Job Details

This position is offered on a full-time permanent basis, 46.33 hour working week Monday – Friday and 1 in 3 Saturdays, £30,000 basic salary and an OTE of £33,500, reporting to the Aftersales Manager.
