Allen Motor Group are looking to recruit a number of Customer Hub Advisors to join and work within our Ford Contact Centre team, based in Basildon. As a Customer Hub Advisor you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling both inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and care. You’ll be focused on making sure that every customer interaction is positive, efficient, and aligned with our service standards.

We have a range of hours and days available, from a minimum of 20 hours up to 40 hours per week, between 8am and 5.30pm. These roles are offered on a permanent basis, with an hourly rate of £12.71 per hour, reporting to the Customer Experience Team Leader.

Required Skills & Experience

You don’t need experience for this role, though previous experience in dealing with customers (particularly in a contact centre environment) would be an advantage. We’ll train you in what you need to know, this role is all about your approach with people – being helpful, friendly and professional.

Key Responsibilities And Duties

  • Handling a high volume of incoming calls, providing prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable responses to customer queries.
  • Conducting follow‑up calls with customers regarding sales leads, service updates, and booking enquiries.
  • Managing customer satisfaction interactions, ensuring accurate call handling and effective resolution.
  • Confidently managing and resolving customer complaints over the phone, aiming for fair and positive outcomes that maintain customer trust.
  • Supporting customers with a wide range of enquiries by telephone, providing accurate and helpful responses.
