What You'll Do
- Underwrite new and renewal PI business accurately and profitably.
- Develop and maintain strong broker relationships to maximise opportunities.
- Apply trading, negotiation, and commercial skills to structure terms effectively.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to colleagues.
- Analyse portfolio performance and contribute insights to support growth.
- Represent Omnyy at broker meetings and industry events.
Essential
- Extensive underwriting experience (5 years+) in PI or related specialty lines.
- Proven success in broker relationship management and business growth.
- Strong trading, negotiation, and commercial judgement.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Insurance systems.
- Professional qualifications (DIP, CII, ACII or progress towards).
- Portfolio management or strategic account oversight experience.
- Entrepreneurial and proactive approach to growth.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and resilient.
- High standards of professionalism, integrity, and accuracy.
