Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced individual who can develop the retail business with focus on Sales & Marketing, Team Management, Agency Sales Management & Customer Service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing sales strategies, business development plans, or operational plans to achieve company goals, basis market insight & competition mapping.
- Team Leadership: Motivating, mentoring, and managing teams to ensure they meet targets and deliver quality service. Building the complete retail team and building a POSP network. Provide guidance to the team in chasing/ converting/ generating business in assigned geography.
- Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction. Lead the business review discussions with partners on a monthly basis and drive the sales process with the partner through lead generation, conversion, etc.
- Sales and Revenue Generation: Achieving sales targets, prospecting for new business, and maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and guidelines, such as IRDAI regulations.
- Market Analysis and Intelligence: Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and risks.
- Financial Management: Managing budgets, tracking performance, and ensuring financial targets are met.
