Senior Projects Multi skilled Engineer – Security Installation Specialist
Location: Various Construction Sites | Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 Basic | Hours: 8am – 5pm (40 hrs/week)
Are you an experienced multiskilled engineer with a strong security focus? We\’re looking for a Senior Projects Engineer to lead installation projects on construction sites, specialising in CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm systems.
Benefits – Projects Security Engineer
- Competitive salary £40-50K (travel time payments currently not included, but negotiable)
- Standard 40-hour week, overtime at 1.5x available
- 25 days holiday (3 fixed at Christmas) + sick pay
- No call out rota – this is purely project work

- Clear progression path to become a senior leader within the projects team
Responsibilities – Project Security Engineer
- As a Projects Security Engineer, your role will include:
- Install and commission security systems on active construction sites
- Manage multiple projects with support from a strong, close-knit team
- Work closely with the Head of Projects, owning your workload and driving project success
- Operate outdoors year-round, through all weather conditions
Requirements – Project Security Engineer
- Proven experience working on construction sites installing security systems
- Skilled in CCTV installation, Access Control systems, and Intruder Alarm installation
- Strong technical knowledge of security hardware and wiring
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Self-motivated with a ‘can do\’ attitude and willingness to learn and progress
