Location: London

A fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established Fire & Security firm, serving a diverse range of customers including Commercial, Domestic, and Industrial sites. We are eager to welcome an experienced Desktop Contract Manager to our team.

Salary: £33,000 – £35,000

Main Responsibilities

1. Manage and oversee a team of DACs (Desktop Account Controllers).
2. Drive and monitor KPI performance in real-time; report to Service Performance Manager and Service Director.
3. Analyze performance data to identify training needs and implement improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and delivery.
4. Produce client reports.
5. Manage and oversee Customer WIP, ensuring jobs are completed timely and according to SLAs.
6. Respond promptly and professionally to client issues and queries.
7. React swiftly to emergency works, keeping clients updated and providing detailed resolutions or further actions.
8. Manage client expectations regarding delays with parts and job completion.
9. Collaborate with clients and team members to improve processes and procedures.
10. Assist office and field staff with technical and parts information.
11. Support sales staff with quote requirements and client specifications.
12. Participate in regular meetings with clients to review issues and develop solutions.
13. Assist with technical report queries and problem-solving for challenging sites.

Knowledge and Experience

• Extensive knowledge of the fire and security industry.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proven experience as a client-facing Contract Manager.
