Role Description

We are seeking a Sales Development Rep (SDR), to join our team in a key role within our GTM & commercial team at Omnitheia, responsible for generating qualified sales pipeline from in and outbound (all-bound) activity. This role would be a key part of our scale-up journey & offers an incredible opportunity to boost your career development by working directly with company executives & the board. The successful candidate would also have access to our funds\’ \”accelerator platform\”, which includes coaching, exposure to diverse industry leaders & business resources.

What We Are Looking For
:

  • Highly desirable: Bachelor\’s degree in a biotech, pharmacy or pharmaceuticals field (or similar)
  • If you have not studied the above subject, a general business experience: such as an internship, or other commercial/business related experience could also be sufficient.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with technology and eager to learn about B2B software solutions and AI.
  • Previous experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus but not required.

Job Description

  • Research and identify potential customers that can benefit from our \”industry first\” solutions.
  • Reach out to prospects through a mix of outbound calls, emails, and social media engagement to generate interest.
  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns to determine sales readiness.
  • Schedule meetings and product demos for the senior sales team.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients in our CRM.
  • Stay updated on Lifescience industry trends, our product offerings, and the competitive landscape to effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Collaborate with our product, sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and improve lead generation processes.
  • Contribute to product development, by sharing market & client feedback with the CEO, product and commercial leadership teams.
