I'm partnering with a high-growth AI technology company looking to hire an AI-Native Growth Marketer to help drive the next phase of commercial growth. This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who loves building, experimenting and delivering measurable impact. You'll work closely with commercial and product teams to drive pipeline generation, refine messaging, and execute growth initiatives across a highly technical customer base.

- Proven track record of driving pipeline and commercial outcomes
- Comfortable executing campaigns yourself rather than managing large teams
- Experience using AI tools to improve workflows, content creation or campaign performance
- Strong analytical mindset and a bias towards experimentation
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling environment
- Ideal Background
- AI, machine learning or highly technical software products
- Enterprise B2B marketing experience
- Exposure to ABM, outbound, content and growth experimentation
