We are partnered with a global Data & AI consulting firm that is completely re-imagining how they train, develop, and deploy their engineering talent. This is not a traditional training or academic role. It’s a hands-on, deeply technical position designed for engineers who want to stay close to real-world delivery while also shaping the next generation of cloud and software engineering talent.
You’ll start by helping shape a new generation of engineers, people learning how to build properly across cloud, software engineering, and modern platform environments. Think cloud-native systems, real CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and AI-augmented engineering workflows, taught by someone who has actually built and deployed them.
You remain hands-on, working directly with clients, owning delivery, and guiding both technical direction and the engineers you’ve helped develop.
- Delivering practical, hands-on training across cloud, software engineering & DevOps.
- Supporting and leading engineers on client deployments.
- Embedding modern engineering practices including AI-augmented development and AIOps.
You’ll be working across modern engineering stacks including cloud platforms, containerised systems, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and increasingly AI-enabled development workflows. This role is best suited to engineers who have already built and delivered real systems in production environments and are starting to enjoy the mentoring and leadership side of engineering, without wanting to step away from technical depth or client delivery.
