I'm partnering with a high-growth AI technology company looking to hire an AI-Native Growth Marketer to help drive the next phase of commercial growth. This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who loves building, experimenting and delivering measurable impact. You'll work closely with commercial and product teams to drive pipeline generation, refine messaging, and execute growth initiatives across a highly technical customer base.

The Role

  • Own and execute growth marketing initiatives across multiple channels
  • Build and optimise demand generation campaigns that create measurable pipeline
  • Develop ICPs, targeting strategies and messaging frameworks
  • Partner closely with sales to accelerate revenue growth
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to scale marketing effectiveness
  • Run growth experiments and continuously optimise performance
  • Use data and insights to identify opportunities and improve results
  • Support targeted enterprise marketing and ABM initiatives where relevant

What We're Looking For

  • Experience within B2B SaaS, AI or high-growth technology businesses
  • Strong growth marketing, demand generation or revenue marketing experience
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline and commercial outcomes
  • Comfortable executing campaigns yourself rather than managing large teams
  • Experience using AI tools to improve workflows, content creation or campaign performance
  • Strong analytical mindset and a bias towards experimentation
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling environment

Ideal Background

  • AI, machine learning or highly technical software products
  • Enterprise B2B marketing experience
  • Exposure to ABM, outbound, content and growth experimentation
  • Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Clay, Claude, ChatGPT or similar
