This is a hybrid data and delivery role, weighted heavily towards hands-on discovery and analysis. You will explore complex client datasets, assess the feasibility of AI/ML use cases and generate the insights that shape new solutions, before supporting engineering teams as those solutions move into production.
The opportunity
- Analyse large, unfamiliar datasets to identify patterns and commercial opportunities
- Assess data availability, quality and suitability for AI/ML applications
- Validate business hypotheses through rigorous analysis
- Recommend the most appropriate analytical, ML or agentic approach
- Translate findings into clear requirements for engineering teams
- Support product ownership and keep customers aligned throughout delivery
- Help ensure solutions achieve the intended business outcome
About you
- 2+ years’ professional experience, including recent hands-on AI or machine learning work
- Strong Python, Git and data analysis skills
- Experience contributing to solutions within an engineering or product environment
- Familiarity with traditional ML, NLP and emerging agentic AI patterns
- Able to communicate complex findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- Commercially curious, proactive and comfortable working directly with clients
- Fluent professional English; German would be advantageous
