Omnis Partners is assisting a leading international organisation in hiring an Interim Customer Analyst. This role offers a hands-on opportunity for a data-driven professional to influence customer strategy and drive pricing initiatives across several European markets.
What you will do:
• Develop and optimise dynamic ticket pricing models across European markets.
• Analyse pricing performance, competitor trends, and customer data to inform strategy.
• Manage pricing data and governance within the ERP system.
• Build customer segmentation and predictive models to drive personalisation.
• Design and assess A/B tests and other experiments to evaluate commercial impact.
• Provide actionable insights and dashboards for commercial, marketing, and finance teams.
• Integrate data from multiple sources (web, e-commerce, POS, research) to measure initiative effectiveness.
• Collaborate with retail pricing teams and support cross-functional revenue projects.
• Monitor emerging pricing tools, analytics methods, and market best practices.
About You:
• Proven experience in data analytics, ideally within retail, leisure, or multi-market environments.
• Strong Skills in SQL, Python, and data visualisation tools (Power BI preferred).
• Experience in building models to deliver actionable insights.
• Experienced with customer/CRM analytics and predictive customer segmentations.
• Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Maths, Economics, Physics) is advantageous.
