Building an AI-native development environment with a small, highly technical team.
- Own end-to-end product slices: frontend UX, backend APIs, data models, integrations, and operational reliability.
- Build fast, robust AI-assisted workflows handling streaming, async jobs, and complex state management.
- Mentor and unblock other engineers through pairing, coaching, and high-signal code reviews.
