Beyond technical expertise, this role requires an individual capable of influencing senior stakeholders across regions and functions, operating with a high degree of autonomy and acting as a trusted advisor to executive leadership teams. We're looking for someone who combines deep consumer and retail data science experience with exceptional communication skills, executive presence and the ability to drive change in a large, complex organisation.
Requirements include:

- Deep expertise across customer modelling, lifecycle analytics, propensity modelling and pricing.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing capability.
- Experience operating at senior leadership or VP level within global organisations.
- A highly independent, commercially minded approach with the ability to shape strategy as well as execution.
Alongside this hire, the business is making significant investment into AI transformation and is actively rethinking how data science, AI engineering and automation capabilities will operate together in the future.
