We’re looking for a commercially minded and customer-focused Renewals Specialist to join our Commercial team here at Omniplex Learning! At Omniplex Learning, our mission is simple – to enable organisations to reach their full potential through exceptional digital learning, all in one place.
As a Renewals Specialist, you’ll play a key role in retaining and growing recurring revenue by managing customer renewals, ensuring consistent positive customer experiences through proactive check‑ins and value‑led expansion conversations.
What will you do?
- Take ownership of renewal outcomes for a high-volume of accounts across our product suite.
- Be accountable for key metrics such as revenue retention, account retention, seat retention, and product usage.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers at point of renewal, handling quoting, pricing negotiations, closing and processing.
- Engage customers proactively via email, phone and video meetings to support ongoing product usage conversations and timely renewals.
- Work closely with Account Development and Major Accounts teams to identify and progress cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities throughout the customer lifecycle and at the point of renewal.
- Maintain accurate customer, contact and opportunity records in Salesforce to support forecasting and reporting.

- Experience in a client‑facing role managing renewals, accounts or a high volume of customer interactions.
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence leading phone‑based and virtual customer conversations.
- A structured approach to managing workload and prioritising competing deadlines.
- Commercial awareness, with the ability to discuss pricing, contracts and product value clearly.
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Experience in a digital/SaaS environment is a bonus!
