We’re looking for a proactive, commercially minded Junior Product Manager to join our growing team! At Omniplex Learning our mission is simple - to help organisations unlock their potential through exceptional digital learning, all in one place. As we expand our Product Portfolio Division, we’re looking to hire a Junior Product Manager to support with managing a growing portfolio of industry-leading products. This role is ideal for you if you’re early on in your Product Management career looking for that next step, or commercial/product marketing experience looking to move into Product Management!
What will you do? As Junior Product Manager, you will have the chance to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of products, ensuring they meet customer needs, achieve commercial goals, and successfully evolve over time. You will:
- Support the in‑life performance of your product portfolio, as well as our go-to-market process for new/evolving products.
- Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and other internal departments to ensure product readiness, commercial viability, and smooth go‑to‑market execution.
- Build strong relationships with vendor partners, representing internal needs and influencing product roadmaps.
- Support pricing reviews, product positioning, and the creation of product collateral and enablement materials.
- Maintain accurate product documentation and ensure internal teams have the insights they need to deliver and support offerings.
Who are we looking for? You’re organised, curious, and have strong commercial awareness, and thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment. You will bring:
- Experience managing multiple products or services – this could be within Product Management, Product Marketing, or Commercial roles.
- An understanding of product lifecycle and go‑to‑market processes.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.
- A proactive, delivery‑focused mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience with third‑party vendors is a plus!
