We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Junior Credit Controller to join our collaborative Finance team at OL! At Omniplex Learning, our mission is simple - to enable organisations to reach their full potential through exceptional digital learning, all in one place. As we strengthen our Accounts Receivable function, we are looking to find a Junior Credit Controller who thrives on making an impact, enjoys problem-solving, and brings energy and determination to everything they do.
What will you do?
- Support our end-to-end credit control process by proactively chasing overdue debt
- Work through a large portfolio of small accounts, focusing on swift, effective action on outstanding invoices
- Confidently contact customers by phone to resolve overdue balances and encourage timely payment
- Collaborate with Sales to unblock queries and gather the information needed to progress payments
- Assist with invoice raising, month-end activity, and other Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks as required
- Contribute to general Finance team operations by taking on ad-hoc duties such as supporting Purchase Ledger processes when needed
