We’re looking for a proactive and detail‑driven Credit Controller to join our collaborative Finance team at Omniplex Learning. At Omniplex Learning, our mission is simple – to enable organisations to reach their full potential through exceptional digital learning, all in one place. As our Credit Controller, you will be central to maintaining a healthy cash flow, improving reporting, and reducing bad debt. You’ll work closely with the Senior Credit Controller, Sales and the wider finance team to support the full credit control cycle.

What will you do?

  • Support our end‑to‑end credit control process.
  • Play a key role in the recovery of aged debt – you’re not afraid to use the phone and chase overdue payments in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build strong customer relationships, supporting and resolving queries related to invoices and credit notes.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to ensure smooth order‑to‑cash processes.
  • Support with preparing reports and KPIs on aged debt, collections, and invoice volumes.
  • Support month‑end processes and wider finance tasks as needed.

  • Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
