Would you like to join a growing company in an exciting industry? If so, we are currently recruiting for a team to support us across our Brand New Joe's Kitchen for our state of the art all digital Clydebank Omniplex Cinema.

Joe's General Kitchen Responsibilities:
  • Tasks include some hot food preparation & cooking food to established recipes and standards.
  • Maintain a clean & organised kitchen environment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Communicate with other team members with relation to stock inventory levels and supplies.
  • Working to a high standard including maintaining a high standard of hygiene.
  • Working across all areas of the cinema as required.
  • Excellent Customer Service.
  • Adherence to company code of appearance & uniform standards.
Requirements:
  • Experience in similar role preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to work on shift/rota pattern, including weekends.
  • Have the right to work in the UK.
  • Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions from other team members.
  • Food Safety level 2 desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
  • Personal qualities such as good problem solving, organisational, interpersonal and verbal communication skills are important.
  • All candidates must be confident, commercially aware and capable of forming good relationships with a wide range of people.
  • Good business and IT skills are also important.
  • Cinema staff must be able to work fully flexible hours.
  • Weekend availability is a must.
