OmniforceAI is a global AI automation consultancy specialising in agentic AI systems and business transformation. We build AI agents and systems that enable real-time operational intelligence for businesses across finance, consulting, and service industries.
We are looking for an AI Agentic Engineer to support our team in designing and building production-grade AI agent systems for enterprise clients. You will work directly with clients to architect multi-agent solutions, implement co-human/co-agent workflows, and deliver systems that meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
What you’ll do:
- Design and implement multi-agent AI systems using LLMs, orchestration frameworks, and modern development tools
- Build production applications that integrate AI agents with existing business systems
- Participate in technical discovery calls with clients to scope and architect solutions
- Develop solutions for regulated industries requiring robust security and compliance
- Work with AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate delivery
- Collaborate with our team to establish technical standards and best practices
What we’re looking for:
- Demonstrated experience building AI agent systems that have reached production
- Strong Python skills and experience with at least one orchestration framework (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar)
- Experience integrating LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models) into applications
- Practical knowledge of vector databases, RAG systems, and API/MCP design
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio or GitHub examples of AI projects you’ve built
Bonus points for:
- Experience building systems for regulated industries (financial services, healthcare)
- TypeScript/JavaScript experience
- Understanding of enterprise security and compliance requirements
