About the role

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team and provide administrative support within the business and facilitate the successful delivery of projects to clients. This role is a varied and interesting role that sits within the operations team and provides a range of services to the project delivery team such as:

  • Manage and file expense claims
  • Set up projects within project management software and create folders in the server
  • Arrange travel and hotel bookings
  • Prepare and submit manuscripts, abstracts and posters to journal and conference websites
  • Searching for and obtaining articles and publications
  • Developing documents (such as contracts) for projects
  • Liaison with third party companies to obtain quotes

  • Ability to problem solve and locate information in different formats
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to multi-task, with a flexible attitude, and tenacity to follow tasks through to completion within agreed timelines
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and writing skills

Experience and skills

Essential
  • Computer literate and familiar with working within software and websites
  • Highly competent in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Desirable
  • Experience in administration in a workplace
