Here's what you will do:

  • Gather and validate business and technical requirements using business analyst and design thinking techniques
  • Articulate user experiences through developing user persona, storyboards, customer journey maps
  • Assist with the development of and prioritisation of product user story / requirements and maintain the overall product backlog
  • Support the facilitation of workshops using different techniques
  • Design and document processes
  • Support the design of operating models
  • Support the implementation of business change
