JOB SUMMARY
We’re looking for a client facing Senior Account Manager to join our production-led advertising agency, acting as a key client partner across a range of global brands, whilst focusing on one key account. This role sits at the intersection of creativity, production and localisation, overseeing the adaptation and transcreation of campaigns across multiple markets and channels. You’ll lead on delivering high-quality, culturally relevant work across integrated media including digital, print and video, ensuring consistency of creative intent while tailoring content for diverse audiences. This role is the link between our clients and production teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the day-to-day client manager, building strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders
- Confidently manage conversations around localisation strategy, timelines, budgets and delivery
- Support senior stakeholders with forward planning and campaign rollouts across regions
- Oversee the adaptation and transcreation of global campaigns for local markets, ensuring cultural nuance and relevance
- Collaborate closely with creative, production and language teams to maintain brand consistency
- Guide clients on best practice for localisation across different channels and audiences
- Manage end-to-end delivery across digital, print and video content
- Coordinate multiple workstreams across markets, ensuring deadlines, budgets and quality standards are met
- Balance fast-paced production timelines with meticulous attention to detail
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with producers, creatives, strategists and external vendors to deliver seamless campaigns
- Act as the central point of coordination between global clients and local market teams
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience as a Senior Account Manager within a production advertising or a localisation agency
- Strong expertise in localisation, transcreation and content adaptation
- Demonstrated experience delivering campaigns across integrated media (digital, print, video)
- Confident, client-facing communicator with the ability to influence and build long-term relationships
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects across regions and timelines
- Collaborative mindset with experience working across creative and production teams
- Experience working with Tech sector clients, or a strong understanding of tech products and services is preferred
- Exposure to global campaign rollouts across multiple markets and languages
- Familiarity with localisation tools, workflows or content management systems
- Eager to grow and nurture accounts
- Understanding of eco systems
