As Social Media Manager for Unilever, you will turn platform data into clear, actionable insights to shape and refine brand strategy, spot emerging trends, and craft compelling content calendars that drive engagement. You’ll own content publishing across channels, ensuring timely uploads and a consistent brand voice, and deliver monthly performance reports that measure impact and guide optimization. This role requires one day per week onsite at Unilever’s Kingston offices to support close client collaboration and hands‑on partnership.

  • Calm, strategic decision-maker who performs well under pressure
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of identifying content opportunities that drive business outcomes
  • Eagerness to adopt and experiment with Gen AI and emerging technologies
  • Excellent copywriting and written communication skills, with clear creative flair
  • Deep understanding of social platforms and how to leverage them for commercial results
  • Passion for digital trends and popular culture
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written
