The Designer will be part of an in‑house team dedicated to one of the biggest FMCG companies in the world. They are responsible for e‑com assets, graphic design, art direction and production for social media assets, digital campaigns, and simple POS work. This role also offers the opportunity to apply and experiment with Generative AI (GenAI) tools to enhance creativity, streamline workflows, and push the boundaries of digital design.
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver functionally beautiful creative tailored for retailers, with a deep understanding of PDPs (Product Detail Pages), Amazon, and brand store environments, including supplementary images and A+ content.
- Adapt design work efficiently within accessibility standards and manage high‑volume SKU requirements.
- Create and optimize assets for digital brand stores and leverage experience with the AMS Advertising Suite to enhance campaign impact.
- Develop design concepts and solutions based on creative briefs and client strategies.
- Execute and produce design communications for social, e‑commerce, digital campaign, and POS channels.
- Lead design projects from concept to delivery, collaborating across teams on ideation and implementation.
- Create a wide variety of assets including print, OOH, packaging, memes, and campaign/event collateral, in addition to social and e‑commerce.
- Retouch packaging and product imagery; create lockups, layouts, and illustrations (icons and simple motion graphic elements).
- Use Adobe Firefly, existing brand assets, and stock imagery to produce timely, relevant content.
- Design in a variety of styles while maintaining consistently high standards of creativity and quality.
- Work closely with clients daily, building strong service‑driven relationships, particularly in the digital commerce space, ensuring the effective delivery of digital brand stores and retailer‑specific requirements.
- Partner with Creatives to develop concepts, with the ability to take projects from concept to completion.
- Present work confidently to clients.
- Consult with the account project manager to gather information about a product and determine the most effective visual expression.

Required Skills
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in eCommerce design for CPGs (Consumer Packaged Goods), with strong knowledge of PDPs, Amazon, and brand store environments, including supplementary images and A+ content.
- Experience designing for high‑volume SKU environments and familiarity with accessibility standards.
- Proven experience in design with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and impactful work.
- Strong sense of typography, layout, colour, and visual storytelling.
- Artistic intuition with the ability to deliver elegant and simple solutions across different formats.
- Experience leading projects from concept to delivery.
- Demonstrated capability across print, OOH, packaging, event collateral, and digital channels.
- Excellent retouching skills (including packaging), creating brand lockups, layout systems, and icon/illustration work.
- Ability to create social‑first content (e.g., GIFs/memes) while maintaining brand integrity.
- Comfortable preparing production‑ready assets for web and print (file setup, bleeds, dielines, export specs).
- Ongoing awareness of design and digital trends and platform best practices.
Technical Skills
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- Advanced knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Advanced knowledge of Firefly and other Generative AI (GenAI) tools, with a passion for exploring and applying them in creative workflows.
- Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint design.
- Nice to have: Splash design, HTML5 banner creation & design.
- Superior knowledge of software programs within the Mac environment.
- Familiarity with stock libraries (sourcing, selection, basic optimisation) and asset management best practices.
- Understanding of print production processes and specifications (colour management basics, paper finishes, OOH spec considerations).
- Proven ability to work embedded with clients daily, building trusted relationships and providing excellent service/support, especially in fast‑paced digital commerce environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present work confidently to clients.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
