Role Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Paid Social Account Manager who will be responsible for planning Paid Social campaigns across Social platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn, Pinterest and more. You will manage a geographical borderless team of Senior Paid Social Executives and Paid Social Executives in the UK and/or India, ensuring campaign success and team development. This role is an ideal for you to join an award-winning team and learn from a wide range of clients, industries and digital disciplines, which are of central importance to today’s advertising and media industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Paid Social Strategy: Ensure that you and your team have created a Paid Social strategy that is aligned to the client objectives, KPIs and measurement solutions.
  • Campaign Planning: Lead your team to develop data-driven Paid Social campaign plans across multiple Social platforms, recommending ad formats, targeting strategies and KPIs.
  • Client Partnership: Provide clients with regular campaign updates and actionable insights. Cultivate strong client relationships through clear, data-driven explanations of performance and strategic next steps.
  • Team Development: Ensure that your team are meeting deadlines, providing constructive feedback, conducting regular 1:1s, and creating personalised development plans to foster growth.
  • Cross-team collaboration: Collaborate with multiple departments across Business Leadership, Design and Analytics to incorporate Paid Social into the clients overall advertising and marketing strategies.
  • Innovation: Partner with the Associate Director and Account Director to develop and implement a Paid Social testing framework that leverages IPG Mediabrands' resources and expertise to maximize performance impact.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience in digital media account management and presenting to clients.
  • Experience in analyzing performance data and providing actionable insights.
  • Has worked with 3rd party tech partners across the Paid Social landscape such as Smartly, Sprinklr, IAS, Zefr and Double verify.
  • A good understanding of using Meta Business Manager and at least two other Social Advertising Platforms.
  • Familiarity with creative testing and media formats.
  • Excellent client service approach and ability to multitask with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
  • MS Office fluency, including Excel pivot tables & chart making.
  • Any Advertising Agency, Ad Network Or Publisher Experience Preferred.
