Job Description
Sitting at the heart of the business, you’ll support the onboarding, management and offboarding of permanent employees, fixed-term contractors and freelancers, while partnering with key stakeholders across Finance, Operations, HR and Leadership.

- What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the end-to-end onboarding process for freelancers and fixed-term contractors, ensuring a first-class joiner experience from offer through to day one.
- Coordinating contract administration, approvals, invoicing, extensions, amendments and offboarding activity.
- Maintaining accurate workforce, joiner, mover and leaver trackers, providing visibility and reporting for stakeholders.
- Partnering with Finance, HR, IT and Operations teams to support hiring activity and workforce planning.
- Supporting resource management across the agency, helping to identify solutions that meet client and business needs.
- Working closely with the Director, Workforce & Operations to support resourcing for our Events & Live Experiences team.
- Enhancing resourcing dashboards and reporting, using data to identify trends, opportunities and process improvements.
- Supporting employee engagement initiatives, including agency surveys and insight reporting.
- What We’re Looking For
- Experience in resource management, business operations, workforce coordination or a similar role.
- Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a busy, fast-moving environment.
- Experience with onboarding, contract administration, invoicing or operational processes.
- Confidence working with systems and data; experience with Workday, Yuno Juno, Sail Point or similar platforms is advantageous.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a continuous improvement approach.
- A collaborative team player who enjoys creating positive experiences for colleagues and freelance talent.
