Job Description

This person will help attract and retain the best digital talent and inspire teams and clients with a strong leadership presence built on expertise and candour.

The role will report to the Chief Activation officer, Omnicom Media and CEO Kinesso UK, and will work collaboratively across all Kinesso business units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Kinesso Addressable Team: Accountability for the successful delivery of addressable capabilities and services to Kinesso clients.
  • Ensure Kinesso UK’s client leaders are familiar and comfortable with the Addressable proposition
  • With the support of the central addressable team, work with senior Kinesso client leaders to build high performing teams, ensuring these teams are staffed with appropriately trained, experienced and supported talent.
  • Ensure your team is delivering work with the highest levels of best practice, quality and attention to detail.
  • With the support of the Central activation team, help attract and retain the best digital talent.
  • Lead addressable training and education initiatives within Kinesso UK.
  • Be Kinesso UK’s go-to expert for addressable service areas.
  • Work with senior Kinesso & Addressable colleagues to provide strategic leadership in digital media to Kinesso clients.
  • Stay up to date with the continually evolving digital media marketplace and ensure all Kinesso UK clients are at the forefront of digital platform innovation.
  • Inspire teams and clients with strong leadership in digital media.
  • Take accountability for client satisfaction with addressable services and capabilities within Kinesso UK
  • Be an extended part of the Kinesso UK leadership team, and part of the Addressable UK leadership team.
  • Deliver award-worthy platform innovation that raises the profile of Kinesso UK
  • Grow Kinesso Revenue And Profitability

Responsible for the adoption, revenue growth, and maximisation of addressable proposition and services within Kinesso UK:

  • Work with Kinesso UK client leadership to identify and convert incremental revenue opportunities.
  • Champion Kinesso’s interests in Omnicom’s global partnerships.
  • Work closely with the commercial investment to ensure Kinesso are inputting into the regional marketplace strategy development.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure flawless collaboration and delivery of service.
  • Identify and solve unprofitable commercial terms amongst Kinesso UK clients.
  • Find and grow non-traditional sources of revenue, including pay-for performance and outcomes-based remuneration.
  • Support Kinesso in all relevant new business efforts.

Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.

Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
