Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for Operational Finance within the team, fostering collaboration and integration with all essential business stakeholders.
- Engage with our Shared Service Centre (SSC), Finance departments, agencies, clients, and media partners to enhance and refine media finance processes and cash flow management.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in addressing booking inquiries across both the UK and EMEA markets, ensuring that local market data and various currencies are accurately entered into the different media booking systems upon receiving the client-approved media plan and purchase orders.
- Conduct account reconciliations.
- Effectively manage disputes related to Accounts Payable supplier invoices, providing comprehensive and final reconciliations for Accounts Payable, which includes reviewing discrepancies in media owner bookings.
- Circulate reports and attend weekly meetings with Client Leads across four pillars to address problematic invoice issues, outstanding debts (both aged and current), and unbilled amounts.
- Assist with client and internal audits.
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
