They are commercially astute with a seasoned understanding of budgets, profitability and commercial levers, and are comfortable discussing commercials related to client sponsorship investments or agency scopes and fee propositions. They have responsibility at the account P&L level and work with other Group Directors and the Operations team to drive resource efficiency, manage scopes, and ensure alignment across agency accounts. They also contribute to new business proposals and agency marketing and cultural initiatives through their knowledge and counsel.

  • Take a leading role in partnership acquisitions, including rights holder engagement and contracting support.
  • Create and negotiate scopes of work with clients, and oversee account profitability.
  • Oversee output and development of more junior team members.

  • Ability to discuss and negotiate budgets, manage revenue and profitability targets, and oversee P&L for a group of accounts.
  • Excellent execution of scoping processes.
  • Experience negotiating partnership contracts is beneficial.

Communication & New Business

  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident in leading senior-level client meetings and presentations.
  • Able to sell strategies and ideas with confidence and commitment.

  • Proactive ownership of projects and processes.
  • Builds and maintains strong, mutually respectful relationships with clients, colleagues and stakeholders.
