You will largely support the Account Managers and Account Directors in the day-to-day running of their accounts but for any smaller accounts assigned to you, you will ensure that our clients are serviced in a proactive, professional and timely manner. By executing strong project and process management, you will also work closely with the internal craft teams to ensure smooth delivery of all planned tasks, reporting progress back to the account leads and clients on a consistent basis.
You will be a highly organised individual that takes pride in all elements of your work, ensuring that all internal documents are updated on a weekly basis and that any outward-facing documentation is delivered in accordance with the business’ brand and customer service guidelines. Given that people interaction also plays a pivotal part in your role, you will build strong relationships both internally and externally. With your clients, you will meet with them on a frequent basis, both informally and formally, and internally, you will be pragmatic in nature to always ensure the best outcome for your clients.
As a secondary KPI, you will also learn how to commercially grow your assigned accounts, dedicating time to learning about our wider business offerings and getting up to speed with everything that’s going on in the industry, to start putting forward cross and upsell opportunity suggestions.
