We are embarking on a monumental transformation, establishing an integrated Data, Technology & Analytics organization. The Managing Partner, Growth Analytics, Omnicom Media EMEA will be responsible for empowering the delivery of embedded data, technology and analytics talent within key regional clients. This role will work closely with embedded teams across data science, audience analytics, data management and visualisation, and martech and data solutions, to unify client transformation programmes and deliver comprehensive data, technology and analytics services. This role will partner with client leadership teams in presenting a unified approach to the delivery of specialised data, technology and analytics services, driving the commercial success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead High‑Profile Client Engagements
    • Act as the senior partner for priority clients, shaping the overall data, technology, and analytics strategy and ensuring our capabilities directly support business and marketing transformation.
    • Provide executive sponsorship and oversight across multidisciplinary workstreams, guaranteeing delivery quality, stakeholder alignment, and commercial outcomes.
    • Guide teams in framing complex data and technology solutions in a way that is accessible, actionable, and directly connected to the client’s strategic priorities.
    • Build deep, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders by consistently demonstrating thought leadership, clarity, and cross‑discipline expertise.
  • Lead Cross‑Discipline Transformation Programme Delivery
    • Shape and lead integrated data, technology, and analytics programmes within key client accounts ensuring data science, audience analytics, data engineering, visualisation, and martech teams deliver as one unified capability.
    • Translate client transformation requirements into coordinated delivery plans that span strategy, data, tech, and execution - ensuring coherence, quality, and measurable impact.
    • Define and uphold delivery standards, operating models, and ways of working that drive efficiency, scalability, and repeatability across programmes.
    • Remove barriers, align resources, and ensure embedded specialists work seamlessly together to deliver comprehensive solutions that accelerate client growth, and identify collaborative cross-discipline workstreams to fuel that.
    • Support the regional Growth Analytics Lead in continually educating and representing data, technology, and analytics capabilities and latest innovation to agency leadership and client leads.
    • Line management of senior data, technology, and analytics team leads under your allocated client accounts.
  • Drive Data, Technology & Analytics New Business
    • Contribution to client pitches, partnering with strategy, planning, and agency leadership to build differentiated, end‑to‑end data and tech narratives.
    • Identify growth opportunities across existing and new clients, shaping proposals that package embedded analytics, data management, data science, and martech capabilities into compelling commercial offerings.
    • Articulate the value of integrated data and technology solutions, demonstrating how unified operating models deliver efficiency, performance, and sustainable growth.
    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of data‑ and tech‑led commercial opportunities across the region.

What you will bring

  • Minimum of 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in a senior Data, Technology, Analytics role within a large-scale, global organization, focused on the EMEA region.
  • Proven track record of successfully building, scaling, and leading advanced martech and data functions that delivered measurable business impact across multiple EMEA markets.
  • Deep expertise and understanding of data management, analytics, marketing technology, and their application in driving business value.
  • Proven ability to build a collaborative, outcomes-based culture in a large, diverse, geographically distributed team.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading significant organizational or technological integration initiatives.
  • Ability to articulate a compelling future state and inspire a workforce to embrace and drive change.
  • Experience operating and leading initiatives across diverse international markets and cultures, with a specific focus on EMEA.
  • Driving a fundamental shift in business model or service delivery through technology and data-centric transformation.
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills, capable of engaging and influencing executives.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, capable of managing change and ambiguity effectively.
  • Deep and current understanding of the evolving media landscape, digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and their impact on client business.
