PHD UK is looking for a proactive and ambitious Senior SEO Executive to join our growing Organic team. Working across a portfolio of high-profile clients, you'll help deliver impactful SEO strategies while developing your expertise across technical SEO, content, performance analysis and AI-powered search. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with solid SEO experience who is ready to take on more ownership and contribute to strategic organic growth.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver technical SEO, on-page and content audits, providing clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Drive on-site optimisation, content improvements and technical SEO initiatives.
  • Analyse organic performance to identify trends, opportunities and areas for growth.
  • Support SEO strategy development and monitor KPIs including rankings, visibility and traffic.
  • Produce insightful client reports, turning data into meaningful recommendations.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and content optimisation.
  • Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates, AI Overviews and the evolving search landscape.
  • Collaborate with Paid Search, Analytics, Social and Creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns.

About You

  • Hands-on SEO experience across technical SEO, content optimisation and keyword research.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience using tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Lumar and Looker Studio.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A passion for SEO, curiosity about AI-driven search, and a desire to continuously learn and develop.
