The role
Our Talent Attraction Centre of Excellence sits at the heart of the Group. Here in the UK and EMEA hub team based in London we are proud of our achievements in consistently delivering top talent to our agencies.
As Talent Attraction Executive, Early Careers, you will support our Early Careers recruitment delivery. You will be passionate about the media industry and driven by the opportunity to identify, engage, and recruit the next generation of talent who will go on to become our future leaders.
Partnering closely with Hiring Managers and People Teams across Omnicom Media, you will support the Early Careers team in the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Early Careers hiring.
This is a unique opportunity to work at a group level across some of the world's most respected media agencies, joining an established in-house Talent Attraction team.
Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process across entry-level hiring.
- Coordinate Assessment Centres, including candidate communications, scheduling, logistics and stakeholder management.
- Manage candidate activity within Workday (our ATS system), ensuring accurate records, timely progression through recruitment stages and data integrity throughout the hiring process.
- Support pre-offer and post-offer administration, obtaining approvals and liaising with Finance, HR and hiring teams as required.
- Create, post and maintain job adverts and job descriptions across Workday and external recruitment platforms.
- Support interview scheduling and coordination, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders through regular communication and participation in interviews.
- Maintain vacancy trackers, recruitment reporting and team activity logs.
- Contribute to talent acquisition projects and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the Early Careers recruitment experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues across Talent Acquisition and HR to attract, engage and retain top emerging talent.
About You
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy, process and organisation.
- Confident communicating with candidates and stakeholders, both over the phone and in person.
- Able to build positive relationships and effectively manage stakeholder expectations.
- A collaborative team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about early careers and creating opportunities for emerging talent.
- Proactive and willing to take ownership of tasks
- Comfortable coordinating multiple activities simultaneously, including interviews, assessment centres and candidate communications.
- A genuine interest in media, advertising and digital.
- Previous office administration would be beneficial, but is not essential.
