As Data & Analytics Lead for Beiersdorf (BDF), you will be a core member of the EUNA regional leadership team (Europe + North America), responsible for setting the vision, direction, and execution of BDF’s regional data and analytics agenda. Leading a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team of up to 10 specialists, you will act as the central coordination and governance point across all data and analytics workstreams—bringing complex, interdependent activity into a single, coherent operating roadmap with clear priorities, ownership, and measurable impact. The role spans strategic leadership, transformation delivery, and senior client partnership. You will ensure Data & Analytics is embedded as a value-creating, decision-enabling capability, tightly integrated with both OMD EMEA and BDF’s internal data infrastructure and ambition.

Key responsibilities

  • Leadership & team development: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, multi-disciplinary regional Data & Analytics team, setting clear direction, standards, and ways of working while fostering innovation, accountability, and sustainable growth.
  • Data & analytics transformation: Own and deliver the end-to-end regional Data & Analytics roadmap, translating BDF’s strategic priorities into scalable, future-fit solutions with clear milestones, governance, and measurable business impact.
  • Senior client partnership: Act as the senior Data & Analytics partner to BDF, shaping strategic direction, maintaining senior stakeholder confidence, and proactively evolving the scope in line with the client’s ambition and maturity.
  • Cross-capability integration: Ensure strong integration across data management, analytics, automation, audience, and ad operations, connecting capabilities into a coherent ecosystem and clearly communicating value to senior stakeholders across OMD EMEA and BDF.
  • Resourcing, governance & delivery: Own regional resourcing, programme oversight, and delivery governance across multiple concurrent workstreams, acting as the primary escalation and decision point for quality, prioritisation, and risk management.

  • Strong senior client leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build confidence across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and developing high-performing teams, creating inclusive, collaborative environments across diverse skillsets.
  • Deep grounding in data and analytics, with the ability to span infrastructure, analytics, automation, and activation-linked use cases—and connect them into a coherent whole.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and storytelling skills, able to articulate a compelling vision and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, navigating complexity and change with confidence and pragmatism.
  • A strong understanding of the media and digital ecosystem, including how data, technology, and analytics underpin planning, activation, optimisation, and measurement.
