As a Senior Presentation Designer, you will play a key role within our in‑house design team, creating high‑impact presentations and visual storytelling for eight media agencies and their clients. Working across high‑profile new business pitches, internal communications and events, you will transform complex ideas, strategic narratives and data into visually compelling presentation experiences that engage a variety of audiences.

Combining exceptional presentation design craft with advanced PowerPoint expertise, you will collaborate closely with growth, marketing, client and agency teams to deliver polished, audience‑focused work at pace. This role requires a strong understanding of visual storytelling, information hierarchy and brand consistency, with the ability to confidently work across multiple agency brands and adapt creative output to different tones, audiences and objectives.

Reporting into the Design Lead (Presentation Specialist), you will work alongside a collaborative team of Design Leads and Senior Designers, contributing to the evolution of presentation standards, templates and creative processes across the wider business. This role is ideal for an experienced presentation designer who thrives in a fast‑paced agency environment, has exceptional attention to detail, and is excited by the opportunity to create impactful presentations for some of the world’s most recognised brands, and partner with senior stakeholders.

About You:

  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, including template creation, animation, interactivity and presentation structuring
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Slides and Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • Excellent understanding of visual storytelling, information design and presentation best practices
  • Ability to translate complex ideas, data and messaging into clear, engaging and audience‑focused visual communication
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition and visual hierarchy
  • Experience building and maintaining senior stakeholder and client relationships within a fast‑paced agency environment
  • Confidence presenting creative ideas and articulating design rationale clearly and effectively
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality execution
  • Experience working confidently across multiple brand identities and agency guidelines, with exceptional attention to consistency and detail
  • A collaborative mindset with experience working cross‑functionally across creative, strategy, growth and client service teams
  • Interest in emerging technologies, including AI tools such as Midjourney and Adobe Firefly, and an openness to integrating new approaches into creative workflows
  • Previous agency experience, ideally within media
