This pivotal role is responsible for shaping and protecting the reputation and presence of Omnicom Media and its portfolio of agency brands, ensuring clarity, differentiation and relevance across every audience we serve. The role leads the UK Marketing & Communications function, translating business strategy into compelling brand, communications and employee engagement programmes that strengthen reputation, drive demand, deepen client relationships and support commercial growth. This role will lead, develop and inspire the UK Marketing & Communications team, fostering a culture of craft excellence, continuous learning, collaboration and high performance.
What you’ll do:

- Define audience strategies, value propositions and messaging frameworks aligned to business priorities and competitive context.
- Ensure all brand activity strengthens differentiation, relevance and commercial impact.
- Act as the guardian of brand standards, ensuring consistency and quality across all internal and external touchpoints.
- Own the development and evolution of Omnicom Media UK's narrative architecture, messaging hierarchy and proof points.
- Lead the planning, delivery and measurement of integrated marketing campaigns supporting business growth priorities.
- Define Omnicom Media UK's events strategy across clients, prospects, talent and industry audiences.
- Lead a market-leading awards programme, including the identification, development, submission and promotion of award entries that showcase client work, talent, innovation and business impact.
- Develop and lead the UK internal communications strategy, ensuring employees understand and engage with Omnicom Media's vision, priorities and transformation agenda.
What you’ll bring:

- Media agency experience is highly preferred.
