Media Buying
Work closely with, and manage, AV Executives to ensure all media buying functions are executed accurately, including linear as well as direct and programmatic digital buys. Maintain accurate records of live AV campaigns and provide regular updates to management. Monitor pricing and ratings performance actively and report to the team. Be responsible for ensuring audit quality parameters are being met with support from AD to escalate if required.

Media Planning
Collaborate closely with AD and ID to enhance media planning and create innovative solutions for client challenges, supporting any RTB with OM’s Unified Video approach. Plan TV campaigns, alongside radio, BVOD and cinema, producing high-quality, future-facing strategies. Be proactive in learning about developments in market.

Communication with key stakeholders
Ensure communication is clear and regular regarding campaign performance. Deliver effective presentations and maintain strong relationships with media owners. Be active member of co‑ordination team.

Work Quality
Maintain high standards in all deliverables, coaching junior team members for consistent quality output.
