The role
As our Strategic Planning Director, you’ll translate complex brand and business challenges into clear, actionable communication activities. You’ll lead the creation of work from end‑to‑end—from brief, to audience insight to communications strategy through to activation and measurement—working with a team of specialists to ensure our work creates commercial impact for our clients.
What you’ll do
- Partner with global and regional stakeholders to define clear strategic direction in response to client briefs
- Create integrated communication frameworks across brand, performance and always‑on activity
- Build global audience and journey frameworks using data, research and cultural insight
- Translate strategy into precise, platform‑ready plans and digital activation with clear measurement
- Identify opportunities to innovate in data application, emerging technology, media formats and partnerships
- Turn data into compelling narratives, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
- Coach and collaborate, elevating planning excellence across the network

How We Work
We have a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two days working remotely) to meet the needs of both our people and our business. Our standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, with flexibility around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30.
