The role requires experience managing PPC, Programmatic and/or Social activity and leading a team to deliver quantifiable results for clients. The successful candidate will manage client relationships, guide a team of specialists, and integrate work across programmatic, search and social marketing for diverse products.

The role is part of an international team of 35 people based in London and reports directly to an Associate Director. It offers insight into global campaigns and strategies beyond the programme remit, providing an opportunity to work closely with cross‑functional marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution and optimisation of PPC, programmatic and social media campaigns.
  • Build and mentor a performance‑driven team, setting clear goals and driving accountability.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships, translating client objectives into measurable outcomes.
  • Coordinate with adjacent teams to maintain alignment on broader marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver insights, recommendations and actionable plans.
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven track record in managing PPC, programmatic, and/or social media campaigns.
  • Experience leading and developing high‑performance teams.
  • Strong client‑management and communication skills.
  • Ability to drive data‑driven decision making and quantify results.
