- Senior client partnership: Act as the senior Data & Analytics partner to BDF, shaping strategic direction, maintaining senior stakeholder confidence, and proactively evolving the scope in line with the client’s ambition and maturity.
- Cross-capability integration: Ensure strong integration across data management, analytics, automation, audience, and ad operations, connecting capabilities into a coherent ecosystem and clearly communicating value to senior stakeholders across OMD EMEA and BDF.
- Resourcing, governance & delivery: Own regional resourcing, programme oversight, and delivery governance across multiple concurrent workstreams, acting as the primary escalation and decision point for quality, prioritisation, and risk management.

- Exceptional strategic thinking and storytelling skills, able to articulate a compelling vision and influence senior stakeholders.
- Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, navigating complexity and change with confidence and pragmatism.
- A strong understanding of the media and digital ecosystem, including how data, technology, and analytics underpin planning, activation, optimisation, and measurement.
