About the Role

Fuse is looking for an experienced Event Professional with both ticket and major event management experience, who is an excellent leader and thrives within a fast‑paced agency environment. You will report to the Head of Major Events and will be the main day‑to‑day point of contact with one key client (Enterprise Rent‑a‑Car). The role focuses on managing communications, the request and approval process, and delivery of the client’s tickets across UEEFA UEL & UECL competitions. The primary responsibility will be pre‑event planning, implementation and onsite delivery of the Enterprise guest programme(s) at the UEFA Finals from 2026 onwards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a team of Account Managers and Account Executives
  • Oversee the management and distribution of ticketing assets across projects
  • Oversee the management and execution of global communications to be distributed to markets of each client, having final review and approval of all comms
  • Act as a point of escalation for the team to the client as required
  • Manage and lead on all financial reconciliation across both clients
  • Planning and onsite delivery of a guest programme(s) for guests at the UEFA Europa League Final and UEFA Conference League Final
  • Act as a senior contact and interface between client(s), client agencies, venue stakeholders and the appointed Destination Management Company (DMC)
  • Close liaison with all project workstream leads and the core Fuse Event team to ensure smooth delivery of the overall guest experience
  • Support the team throughout the project, ensuring all agreed deadlines, submissions and artwork approvals are met
  • Create and manage key project documents including a project plan, security plan, stadium operations plan, event schedule, hour‑by‑hour documents for onsite and budget
  • Full ownership of guest programme(s) budget with regular client reporting and oversight of supplier payments
  • Close liaison with Market Communications & Finance teams to ensure accurate tracking and timely billing of packages & additional costs to markets, as required
  • Plan and attend venue visits and client meetings as necessary
  • Create client presentations and prepare client documents as necessary
  • Create staff briefing documents and event manuals
  • Close liaison with internal Fuse team to plan onsite staff logistics requirements (accommodation, flights, per diems, etc.)
  • Onsite presence for approximately 11 days to oversee delivery of the guest programme(s)
  • Onsite support and guidance for the team throughout all stages of the programme(s)
  • Onsite client management, including attendance at daily client meetings
  • Act as point of escalation for the Fuse team, client(s), client agencies, and H&S teams
  • Post‑event client reporting to help shape and inform future programmes
  • Contribute to review of internal processes and make recommendations for improved ways of working for future Finals
  • Full ownership of budget reconciliation (cost & income)

Qualifications

  • Experience in major sporting events, specifically in managing partnerships, ticketing, hospitality and guest programmes
  • Project/Account management experience across a range of sport brands would be ideal
  • Experience with online ticketing portals and guest management systems preferred
  • Strong or advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Thorough understanding and comfort in managing financial processes with strong numeracy and analytical skills
  • Strong reporting capability
  • Experience in managing mid to senior level clients and internal stakeholders
  • Experience of working with international clients would be a bonus but not essential
  • Experience of people management and ability to motivate and manage project teams

Working Conditions

You need to have the ability & willingness to work flexibly, usually in the London office, with occasional UK travel, on‑site at events and some weekend work. This is a full‑time role and you must be eligible to work in the UK.

Our standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30, maintaining a hybrid working model of three days in the office and two days remote.
