    • Oversee centralised operational processes and principles set by the Managing Partner of Operations, to keep the agency running smoothly and in sync.
    • Partner with the People team to address and resolve people-related issues efficiently, ensuring alignment with company policies.
    • Lead fee discussions, commercial incentives, and contracts, working closely with finance and the CFO to secure the best outcomes for the agency.
    • Play an active role in management forums, helping drive agency standards and delivery innovation.
  • Client Leadership & Growth
    • Act as the senior escalation point for the assigned client, knowing when to raise key issues with the Managing Partner.
    • Build strong senior client relationships, ensuring teams are structured to deliver outstanding service and support product development.
    • Work closely with Group, Senior and Account Directors to resolve client challenges with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset that balances client needs with agency priorities.
    • Identify and drive new growth opportunities whether through expanding existing services or developing briefs for other Fuse markets.
    • Provide senior-level commercial support alongside the Managing Partner, influencing partnership strategies, renewals, and contract negotiations.
    • Maintain high client satisfaction scores, aiming for 8/10 or above.
    • Stay connected to key industry trends and rights holders, sharing insights that benefit clients and the agency.
  • Agency Service Development & Integration
    • Support departmental leads with operational delivery, ensuring effective resourcing, commercial models, and tools.
    • Ensure additional services and departments are considered for new briefs and client growth opportunities.
  • Business Development & Innovation
    • Contribute to new business pitches, shaping solutions with your expertise and leading processes when appropriate.
    • Ensure smooth transitions when handing over client relationships to local markets, sharing all necessary processes and information.
    • Contribute to thought leadership and agency marketing, helping Fuse maintain its industry presence.

Desired Skills & Experiences

  • Must have a deep understanding of the sports marketing landscape, ideally with experience in elite football and/or Formula 1.
  • Strong relationships with senior rights holders in the industry.
  • Experience managing large global tier one advertisers within the Sports & Entertainment space.
  • Expertise in delivering major sports partnerships and events for clients (experience working with UEFA or F1 would be advantageous).
  • Proven ability to lead agency fee and third-party negotiations.
  • Experience managing both UK and multi-market/global partnerships.
  • Track record of growing client accounts through upselling agency services.
  • Trusted advisor to senior clients, offering strategic counsel.
  • Strong understanding of Fuse's integrated offering.
  • Clear, effective communication with senior Fuse and OMG management.
  • Respected leader within the Agency, trusted to drive performance and inspire teams.

You need to have the ability & willingness to work flexibly, usually in the London office, with occasional UK travel, on-site events, and some weekend work. This is a full-time role & you must be eligible to work in the UK.
