About the Role:
Reporting to: Senior Account Director
Fuse is looking for an experienced Account Manager who thrives within a fast-paced agency environment. You will assist in delivering the Sole & Exclusive experiences for a high-profile client. You and your team will be responsible for delivering once in a lifetime experience for guests and consumer winners across multiple UEFA Club Competitions as well as general account management.
The main day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Guest Management Systems: Use the existing system to send invitations to guests and regularly monitor responses and data.
- Development: Support the development of the online guest management systems. Ensure they are user-friendly, efficient, and aligned with the branding guidelines of the sponsor.
- Systems training & support: Provide support and guidance to new users of the system, establishing best practices, monitoring progress as well as training and supporting clients.
- Merchandise: Monitor inventory and suggest new items to enhance guest experience. Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular audits, and implement strategies to minimize loss or excess. Coordinate delivery logistics, working with shipping partners for prompt and efficient merchandise delivery. Resolve delivery issues and ensure clear communication with stakeholders.
- Activation Management: Oversee all aspects of event or promotional activations, ensuring seamless execution from planning to completion.
- Deadline Management: Monitor and enforce timelines for project milestones, guaranteeing all deliverables are met on schedule.
- Briefing Document Creation: Develop comprehensive briefing documents to clearly communicate objectives, requirements, and expectations to relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct Briefings: Lead effective briefing sessions with team members and partners to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and address challenges or issues that arise during planning and execution, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Deliver Outstanding Guest Experience: Execute all activities with a focus on providing an exceptional experience for guests, upholding the company's quality standards.
- Account & Client Management: Be a reliable and knowledgeable member of the Account team supporting junior and senior staff as required to deliver client needs.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with the Client, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service.
- Project Management: Manage multiple match days simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met and stakeholders are kept informed of progress. Keep existing project management tools updated and accurate to ensure efficient workflow and effective communication.
- Meetings: Support the Account Executive on managing internal and external meetings ensuring rooms, diary invites, agendas and minutes are completed accurately.
- Budget Management: Complete timesheets, raise POs, track invoice payments and keep internal budgets updated.
General:
You will be required to work in and around UEFA match days, so dedication to this role is vital. Identify efficiencies: make recommendations within the team to streamline operations and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Support wider event project teams as needed in areas including but not limited to hospitality management, production and build, food and beverage, logistics, operations, project management and content.

You need to have the ability & willingness to work flexibly, usually in the London office, with occasional UK/International travel, on-site work at events and some weekend work. This is a full-time role & you must be eligible to work in the UK.
