We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join the PMO team, bringing strong analytical capability alongside solid project management skills to support delivery across complex, data driven initiatives. This role is BA led, with a strong focus on requirements quality, stakeholder clarity and business validation, while also contributing to delivery planning, governance and execution discipline within the PMO. Acting as a critical bridge between markets, product, data, engineering, enablement and governance teams, the role requires someone who can work both independently and collaboratively to lead requirements discovery, analysis, documentation and delivery support across assigned markets, platforms or product areas within the DTO programme. Reporting into the PMO Lead, this is a hands on, delivery focused role suited to someone who thrives in fast paced environments and enjoys bringing structure to ambiguity.
Role Summary
- Leading end to end Business Analysis activities across assigned workstreams
- Ensuring requirements are clearly defined, prioritised and aligned to business outcomes
- Supporting delivery planning, governance and reporting within the PMO
- Owning UAT readiness and business validation
- Acting as a structured triage point for incoming requests, issues and change
This role will work closely with Central Enablement, Support, Market Engagement, Product Owners, and media agency SMEs e.g. brand leads, local market leads, to deeply understand business challenges and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Analysis & Requirements (Primary Focus)
- Lead requirements discovery with markets, SMEs and cross functional stakeholders
- Translate unclear or evolving needs into structured problem statements and scope
- Produce high quality user stories, acceptance criteria and supporting documentation
- Map current state and future state processes to support solution design
- Maintain clear documentation of requirements, assumptions, decisions and change
- Support backlog refinement and prioritisation with Product, Governance and PMO
- Consolidate market and technical inputs into actionable requirements
- Provide structured input into feature requests and impact assessments
- Support cross work stream and cross market alignment
- Collaborate with QA function to support validation of data quality and completeness
- Coordinate defect triage and validate outcomes against acceptance criteria
- Support business signoff and release readiness
- Support delivery planning, milestone tracking and dependency management
- Contribute to RAID management, governance cadence and delivery reporting
- Help structure unplanned requests to protect delivery focus and momentum
- Build strong working relationships across markets and central teams
- Translate technical concepts into clear, business friendly language
- Provide guidance to markets on interpreting dashboard outputs and understanding underlying data logic
- Partner with Product manager to provide details for business use cases and details to determine priorities
- Work with training function to provide details to help run demos or training sessions
- Produce clear communications for governance and delivery updates
Required Experience & Capabilities
- Senior level experience as a Business Analyst in digital, data, platform or transformation environments
- Strong ownership of the end to end requirements lifecycle
- Demonstrable experience with:
- Requirements elicitation and documentation
- Process mapping
- UAT planning and execution
- Experience working within or closely alongside a PMO or structured delivery framework
- Highly organised with strong prioritisation and attention to detail
- Analytical, structured and solutions oriented
- Comfortable supporting multiple concurrent workstreams
- Confident communicator across technical and nontechnical audiences
- Proactive, collaborative and delivery focused
