This role is for Maternity Cover and will be on an initial 12 month contract and based in London at Bankside 2. Omnicom Media Group Europe is seeking a Finance Professional with +2 years’ experience and with a strong background in Billing. The Revenue Controller will be responsible for the Revenue for the Annalect Division within Omnicom Media Group Europe. The role will assist with forecasting, revenue recognition, billings and will need to liaise with the Senior Leadership Team, Clients and with other Omnicom Group Companies. The Revenue Controller will report directly to Finance Director OMG EMEA and the Finance Director Annalect EMEA and will be joining a 4-person Finance Team.
Job Responsibilities Include:
- Control of all Annalect EMEA Revenue including attending Senior Leadership Team calls, liaising with Account Handlers, Other Group Finance Teams and Annalect CFO.
- Reconciling the Revenue and Accrued Revenue and chasing Account Handlers to invoice.
- Contacting Clients and or Group Companies for PO’s.
- Maintaining the Client Revenue System to show what has been invoiced.
- Invoicing Management fees and emailing to markets.
- Raising of the research fee invoices.
- Raising Invoices for the Group Passthrough costs that we receive as the EMEA HQ.
- Credit Control - chasing markets for payment, resolving any queries and bringing any issues to Finance Directors attention.
- Agreeing Monthly Interco reconciliations with Omnicom Group companies (approx. 30 countries) in order for Finance Manager to load to Group Reporting System.
- Monthly confirming unbilled management fees for Group reporting.
- Daily posting of Cash receipts and payments from Group Companies and Clients.
- Reconciling all Annalect Data costs and invoicing the markets.
- Ad hoc projects for Annalect Finance Director.
Requirements:
- +2 Years of Billing, Revenue experience.
- Strong Excel Skills with the ability to put together reports for Management Review.
- Strong skills in Communication, attention to detail and taking ownership of deliverables.
- The role will be office based 3 days a week and working from home on the other 2.
