About the Role: The market leading OMG UK Digital team are looking for an Outcomes AV Manager to pioneer a new and exciting role in one of the fastest growing areas of our business. Outcomes is a global priority for OMG, with the UK being a leading market in its development. Within this AV channels are set to be a key growth focus going forward. This role offers the opportunity to be a key contributor within a rapidly growing team. The role will provide the successful candidate with the chance to shape our guaranteed outcomes offering across all AV channels (CTV, YT, OLV, audio) presenting scope for strategic planning, partnership curation and automated buying, with the overarching goal of delivering meaningful and cost-efficient buying outcomes for our clients.

We have a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two working remotely), to ensure that we meet the needs of both our people and our business, balancing the benefits of in-person connections with the flexibility of remote working. Our standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that’s in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30. We encourage open conversations between our people and managers to help navigate high-need periods and individual circumstances.
