We are looking for a Reputation Governance Director to drive digital quality, compliance and operational excellence across programmatic, paid search and paid social activity for VWG brands. This role oversees the end‑to‑end digital media governance framework from digital quality alert management and compliance reporting to market engagement, operational processes and training—ensuring that teams across regions adhere to best‑practice standards and protect client reputation.

The position requires strong collaboration with internal Biddable Activation Hubs and Data Tech & Ops teams, external ad‑verification and media buying partners, and local markets, providing guidance and workflows that enhance consistency and accountability. A key element to this is the strategic management of the 3rd party verification partnership, including activation of advanced measurement and optimisation solutions, Connected TV governance and participation in regular performance reviews.

The role also contributes to broader operational tasks such as metric development, contract updates, and ongoing training to ensure the governance function remains robust, scalable, and future‑ready. The Reputation Governance Director role offers an exceptional opportunity for someone looking to grow their leadership capability, expand managerial experience and work at the centre of a dynamic, fast‑evolving digital landscape.

This position provides exposure to a wide range of stakeholders across PHD and VWG, including global operations, activation teams and account management/engagement specialists. As the governance champion for the team, this person will play a pivotal role in shaping quality standards, driving operational excellence and influencing how teams deliver best‑in‑class work across markets.

The position is ideal for someone who is passionate about improving processes, building strong cross‑functional relationships and developing the skills needed to lead people, projects and strategic initiatives. Reporting to the Global Head of Operations, this person will be responsible for managing a team of three, providing clear leadership, prioritisation, and capability development.
