About the Role: PHD Global are looking for a Manager to join our digital activations team, working on Brand and Performance for our biggest client in the Alcoholic Beverages sector. Overseen by the Associate Director, they will have management responsibility for a team of juniors and be responsible for their output relating to campaign activation across several EMEA markets, acting as an escalation point as required.

They will manage day to day communications with clients, and take ownership of their team's output at all stages of campaign activation including in-platform setup, audience planning, optimisation and reporting. They will ensure their team contributes to key strategic initiatives for the client including innovation and testing roadmaps. This role will be critical in the delivery of market-leading optimisation, data led planning and deep analytics that lead to insights for our client.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in Programmatic and another biddable channel and will be seen by junior team members, clients & partners as an expert in their craft. They will be someone who is organised, can coach and train junior team members and work closely with the Associate Director to drive a successful client relationship. They will be comfortable managing a varied workload and using project management tools to keep track of deliverables. We are looking for someone who has a spirit of curiosity and likes to learn. This is a great opportunity for an experienced biddable expert to take their next step into a management role.
