The Marketing Intelligence & Reporting team (EMEA) is a globally integrated function within Omnicom, working closely with counterparts in the US and Annalect India. Together, we deliver scalable, data-driven solutions that differentiate us in the market. Our team focuses on delivering advanced solutions across:
- Data governance and quality assurance
- Media planning tool deployment and maintenance
We’re looking for a Data Partner to support the Head of Marketing Intelligence & Reporting, EMEA in scoping, delivering, and evolving key data solutions for Omnicom clients. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for driving delivery excellence, managing talent, and fostering innovation across regional and global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to surface business challenges and shape scalable, data-driven solutions that align with client and agency goals.
- Identify growth opportunities and process improvements to increase efficiency and commercial impact.
- Set the tone for client relationships by building trust and delivering value through innovative solutions.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of data operations and reporting solutions for global clients.
- Act as a subject matter expert, owning project scoping, timelines, and execution across data pipelines, dashboarding, and QA.
- Ensure the highest standard of work across all specialisms, supporting cross-functional teams and setting quality benchmarks.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing culture across EMEA and global delivery teams.
- Define and drive development plans, ensuring the team builds capabilities across key areas (e.g., Omni, design, data tools).
- Lead community meetings, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and training programmes across the region.
- Collaborate with partner teams to price, resource, and onboard projects effectively.
- Ensure smooth communication and alignment between client, agency, and all Annalect teams.
- Identify and remove delivery blockers while maintaining transparency and accountability.
- Stay on the pulse of tools, platforms, and methodologies relevant to the function.
- Represent Annalect in client pitches and business development initiatives.
- Champion continuous improvement across people, processes, and platforms.
Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for a confident, strategic leader with deep domain knowledge across data, tech, and analytics, combined with strong delivery experience in a media agency context. You’ll be a hands-on problem solver who excels at leading teams, ensuring quality, and building smart, scalable solutions. You’ll bring:
- 8+ years’ experience in data operations, reporting, analytics, or business intelligence, ideally within a media or marketing communications agency.
- A strong track record in scoping, designing, and delivering reporting solutions tailored to business and client needs.
- Expertise in campaign performance and programmatic reporting, with a strong grounding in data governance and QA.
- Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams, creating a culture of accountability, growth, and collaboration.
- Experience leading technical delivery of data pipelines, reporting dashboards, and associated infrastructure.
- Rigorous approach to output quality and governance, ensuring consistency and reliability in project delivery.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across global teams and stakeholders.
- Commercial mindset, with experience building pricing proposals involving FTE models, offshore delivery, and tech infrastructure.
- A natural problem-solver and innovator, with the confidence to lead discussions and inspire change.

The Annalect EMEA team at OMG EMEA is the data, technology, and analytics division. We help CMOs and their teams harness data, technology, and advanced analytics to grow their brands. The EMEA team is responsible for global and regional client relationships led from London, as well as the development of new data-driven marketing capabilities. They form part of our global team and collaborate closely with local market Annalect teams across EMEA as well as regional Omnicom agency partners.

Our standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that’s in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
